Key Responsibilities Create AI-assisted workflows for photonic design and verification
Convert engineering challenges into structured workflows
Develop scalable solutions for bottlenecks in photonic lifecycles
Engage directly with PIC designers and EDA vendors
Offer ongoing support during customer adoption processes
Requirements MSc or PhD in Integrated Photonics or related fields
5+ years of experience in photonic product development
Proficiency with EDA and photonic simulation tools
Background in designing advanced photonic components
Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders
