Overall Requirements:

Currently, we are searching for an Order Entry Clerk Level I to help further the company’s vision and to support the Order Entry Department. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Interface with outside customers to process/issue RMAs into ERP system, send to customer so units can be returned for repair


• RMA’s/orders must be entered with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner, with supervision from order manager


• Perform price changes and cancel orders/RMA’S, as required


• Amend orders/RMAs based on customer requirement


• Reviews and makes necessary corrections to information entered


• Maintains confidential information


• Perform other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma

Additional Qualificat ions:

• Customer service industry work experience preferred.


• Previous data entry experience an asset


• Excellent oral and written English communication skills


• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others


• Ability to multitask


• Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently


• Adaptive at learning new systems


• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel


• Knowledge of Advance Pro, FSM, Salesforce or other ERP systems considered an asset


• Experience/knowledge of telecommunications technology considered an asset
