Associate General Counsel Litigation Role

Bring your expertise to shape legal strategies as an Associate General Counsel specializing in litigation and employment. Collaborate with teams to provide actionable legal guidance across commercial and workforce-related issues. As an Associate General Counsel, you'll work closely with management on a variety of legal matters. You'll draft and negotiate commercial agreements while managing disputes and providing insight on employment concerns. Your role will be critical in enhancing legal processes and minimizing risk for the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and manage commercial agreements, including NDAs and contracts
• Collaborate with teams on strategic initiatives and ongoing operations
• Oversee litigation matters and coordinate with outside counsel
• Advise on policies and employee relations issues
• Develop workflows and templates to streamline legal processes

• 3-8 years as a licensed attorney in law firm or in-house
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. or Canadian law school
• Licensed to practice law in a U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction
• Experience in commercial, litigation, or employment law
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
