Regional Manager for Mortgage Originations

Marathon Mortgage Corp.

Lead mortgage growth initiatives with Marathon Mortgage Corporation in GTA West & Western Ontario. Drive sales, build broker relationships, and execute strategic growth plans in this dynamic role. As a Regional Manager, Originations at Marathon, you will focus on expanding mortgage origination and strengthening broker partnerships. This position is essential for someone with a strong sales background in the mortgage sector who excels at developing relationships. You will play a critical role in executing regional strategies to enhance market presence and achieve sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies
Establish and manage sales targets monthly and quarterly
Build and enhance broker relationships effectively
Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Represent Marathon at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

Minimum of five years in sales or business development
Strong knowledge of the mortgage broker segment
Proven success in relationship management and generating sales
Excellent communication and prospecting skills
Professional mortgage designation is a strong asset
