To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

Senior Project Manager – Fever Originals, Canada

Who you'll work with

You will join our Canadian Fever Originals team, based in Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver, working closely with our teams and directly engaging with partners, providers, and venues. In this role, you will play a leading role in expanding Fever Originals across Canada, working with local and global teams and building strategic relationships with venues and partners.

The team you’re about to join consists of people who are motivated, talented, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Fever Originals experiences across Canada by working across global and local teams. You will help shape which experiences we bring to the Canadian market, lead venue sourcing and commercial negotiations, oversee project development and delivery in partnership with the Production team, and build strategic relationships with external partners.

You’ll own the success of a portfolio of Fever Originals experiences, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution from project confirmation through launch and beyond. You will take ownership of some of our most complex and strategically important projects, navigating ambiguity, making sound commercial decisions, and driving results with a high degree of autonomy.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly, achieve ambitious business goals, and create the foundation for future growth.

You will

  • Lead complex, high-impact projects end to end, from market assessment and venue negotiations through launch and ongoing operations, with full accountability for results.
  • Drive strategic and commercial decisions , independently evaluating opportunities, building business cases, and making recommendations that balance growth, profitability, and operational feasibility.
  • Own financial performance , managing P&Ls, budgets, and investments while identifying opportunities to maximize revenue, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and negotiations with venues, landlords, and external partners to secure commercially attractive agreements and support Fever's expansion.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution , aligning teams, challenging assumptions, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely decisions.
  • Anticipate risks and raise the bar for execution , proactively solving complex problems, improving processes, and coaching less-experienced team members.

Preferred Qualifications

You have a proven track record of independently leading complex and commercially significant projects with multiple stakeholders, from planning through execution and reporting. You combine strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and drive results across parallel workstreams.

You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are equally comfortable analyzing data, identifying new opportunities, making decisions, or collaborating with partners to deliver exceptional experiences. You’re detail-oriented yet strategic, able to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and think bigger about how we grow and scale events across markets.

This role requires grit, resourcefulness, operational rigor, strong financial acumen, commercial judgment, and creative problem-solving. You proactively identify risks before they become problems, develop pragmatic solutions, and drive them through to execution. You are comfortable challenging the status quo, influencing senior stakeholders, and taking ownership of difficult decisions, while knowing when to escalate issues that require broader alignment.

Candidates should be passionate about live entertainment and events.

Professional Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience independently leading complex projects, commercial initiatives, or business operations.
  • Strong academic background with demonstrated ability to apply analytical and structured thinking.
  • Experience in management consulting, project or partner management, or entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Experience managing budgets, business cases, or P&L performance is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across teams and with senior external partners.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, combined with financial acumen and sound commercial judgment.
  • Highly organized and efficient, able to manage large workloads, parallel workstreams and evolving priorities, while maintaining focus on the highest-impact decisions and deliverables.
  • Skilled at building and leveraging networks to create smart partnerships.
  • Comfortable making informed decisions quickly, taking ownership, and iterating rather than waiting for perfect information, with the confidence to constructively challenge assumptions and recommend a clear course of action.

Mindset & Approach

  • Intellectually curious, with the ability to quickly master new industries, business models, and operational challenges.
  • Resilient under pressure and able to lead critical launch periods with composure, adaptability, and a relentless focus on execution.
  • Flexible and nimble, able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to anticipate challenges, make difficult trade-offs, and drive decisions through to implementation.
  • Curious and innovative, eager to push boundaries and test new ideas.
  • Collaborative and hands-on, ready to contribute across all aspects of event delivery, while providing guidance and constructive feedback to less-experienced colleagues.

You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone humble, adaptable, and eager to learn. We welcome applications with unusual backgrounds with the expectation that the applicant will have acquired hard or soft skills and maturity throughout their experiences.

We are considering candidates for this position in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, and require a minimum of three in-office days per week.

Benefits

  • Attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary and the potential to earn a significant performance bonus; CAD 110,000–130,000
  • Competitive employee benefits package, including health and dental private insurance
  • Responsibility from day one, with opportunities for professional and personal growth
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • Possible travel across the Canadian market
  • Great work environment with an international team of talented people
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • ClassPass membership

Our hiring process

  • 30-min video call with a Talent Acquisition Manager (career plan, cultural fit, Q&A).
  • 60-min online test covering logic, analytics, and written understanding.
  • 30-min interview with your future manager.
  • 45-min video call with your future manager and other leaders, including a business case presentation.
