In this role, you will be responsible for meeting personal and departmental sales objectives while promoting growth through new customer acquisition. Your ability to build and maintain rapport is critical, as you'll follow up on leads from various sources and provide superior experiences. Regular product training will underpin your extensive knowledge of vehicle models. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up diligently on leads from multiple sources
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Develop new business through referrals and prospecting
- Provide a top-tier customer service experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle offerings
- Proven negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Preferred previous industry experience
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with over 3 years' experience
- Must possess a valid OMVIC License
