In this senior role, you will leverage 5–7+ years of web development expertise to build high-performance, scalable websites. Collaborating with UI/UX designers and project managers, you’ll be responsible for custom WordPress and headless CMS builds while ensuring coding standards and documentation are met. Your technical mentoring will guide junior developers and enhance overall project quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead custom WordPress and headless CMS development
- Architect backend structures and custom functionalities
- Translate Figma/UI designs into responsive front-end code
- Manage deployment and server environments efficiently
- Audit sites for performance, security, and SEO best practices
- 5–7+ years of web development experience
- Expertise in custom WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
- Familiarity with hosting environments and Git workflows
- Understanding of technical SEO and accessibility standards
- Experience with modern build tools
