Junior Developer - Web - Python - Odoo Development Track

About the Role
This entry-level role contributes to existing business portals while learning Odoo development, ColdFusion/Lucee, and the company’s manufacturing systems.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and extend existing ColdFusion/Lucee web portals used by revenue-critical clients.
- Build and refine single-page HTML/JS ordering portals without frameworks.
- Assist with Odoo portal and website customizations as you learn the platform.
- Learn QWeb templating and contribute to customer-facing views and printed reports.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and write documentation for the team.
- Track hardware inventory, handle warranty claims, and support procurement.
What We’re Looking For
- Some hands-on programming experience from coursework, projects, or a previous role.
- Comfort writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript without a framework.
- Some exposure to Python, even via scripts or coursework.
- Curious, organized, and able to manage multiple small tasks.
- Good written communication for documentation and team collaboration.
- Comfortable asking for help before getting stuck.
