Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate reimbursement processes for timely and accurate coverage request handling
- Manage benefits documentation, case updates, and follow-up communications
- Resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps to reduce delays
- Maintain accurate case records and system updates for operational visibility
- Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators for proactive issue resolution
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in reimbursement support, patient services, or healthcare operations
- Experience with case coordination, claims support, or customer operations
- Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, or CRM systems preferred
