Senior RAMS Lead for Rail and Transit

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop RAMS Plans and system assurance strategies
- Conduct hazard analyses and risk assessments
- Collaborate with engineering teams for project success
- Lead incident preparedness and crisis planning efforts
- Drive continuous improvement within the RAMS framework
- Over 10 years of RAMS/System Assurance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; P.Eng. required
- Expertise in rail safety standards and processes
- Proven ability to influence and lead teams
- Comfortable with project travel and client interactions
