Canada Store Manager in Beauty Sector

Join our beauty supply company as a Store Manager in Canada, where you’ll lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and boost sales performance. Your passion will shine through in every client interaction. In this role, you’ll manage store operations while inspiring your team to provide tailored solutions for each customer’s hair and beauty needs. With at least three years in customer service and a year in sales management, you’ll leverage your expertise to oversee budget compliance and sales growth. A cosmetology license is a plus for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales goals and manage store operations efficiently
- Ensure staff adhere to safety and security requirements
- Maintain a polished store presentation
- Manage inventory levels effectively
- 3+ years retail customer service experience
- 1+ year sales management experience
- Familiarity with operational management
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Over 18 years of age
