Humber River Health is hiring for a Clerical Support Associate to manage core clerical tasks such as patient processing, appointment scheduling, and record keeping. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative healthcare team while focusing on patient-centered service. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various duties are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure outstanding reception and customer service
- Handle patient registrations for outpatient services
- Schedule and modify patient appointments as necessary
- Maintain clerical tasks and support communication functions
- Log statistical data for departmental tracking
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- One year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a must
- Computer skills and experience with Meditech required
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
