Client Relationship Manager Logistics

Manage client relationships remotely with Willson International, using account management and communication skills to support customers and growth.

This Client Relationship Specialist develops relationships across customer organizations and coordinates plans supporting mutual profit. The position requires account management, customer service, and sales experience. It also involves business reviews, CRM updates, and collaboration with operations and regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients and key customer personnel
• Expand contacts to decision makers across client organizations
• Conduct business reviews and identify improvement opportunities
• Uncover revenue sources including logistics and brokerage consulting
• Monitor service levels, resolve concerns, and update CRM records

Requirements:

• Business Administration college or university degree
• At least five years of account management experience
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication, prospecting, negotiating, and closing skills
• MS Office knowledge; Salesforce and customs experience assets
