Deine Aufgaben
Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres aktuell 3-köpfigen IT-Teams mit unterschiedlichen Profilen und Verfügbarkeiten
Prioritäten setzen, Aufgaben delegieren, Projekte zum Abschluss bringen
Sicherstellung eines stabilen IT-Betriebs: Systeme, Netzwerke, Anwendungen
Aufbau von Prozessen und Dokumentation, die auch funktionieren, wenn einzelne Personen mal nicht verfügbar sind
Technische Begleitung von Webinar-Infrastruktur, HubSpot-Workflows und Marketing-Automationen
Identifikation und strukturierte Umsetzung von KI- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Marketing, Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung
Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in kleinen Teams, gerne remote
Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle von IT, Marketing und Vertrieb
Kenntnisse mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise HubSpot
Solides technisches Grundverständnis: Infrastruktur, Cloud, Netzwerke
Pragmatischer Umgang mit KI-Tools und Automatisierung
Stärke in Prozessarbeit und Dokumentation
Ruhige, klare Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen
Nice to have: Kenntnisse in Webentwicklung oder Website-Erstellung
