IT Technology Support Technician

The multi-Oscar-winning creative Film & Episodic studio, at Framestore has worked with some of the greatest storytellers in film today. This role is predominantly on-site (4-5 days)

The IT Support Analyst is part of the Systems Support team. They are the first responders to incidents and requests supporting all Framestore North American divisions.
First line of support for all incidents and requests using JIRA service desk
Workstation configuration support (hardware and software)
Monitors a variety of physical and logical systems
Responsible for managing assets and loan equipment, including relocation and provisioning
You will partake in an on-call rotation to provide support during off hours
Strong experience in a customer facing role.
Basic scripting language (powershell, bash, python)
OS (Redhat based, Windows and OSX) and application support and deployment
Configuration Management and automation
Windows Systems administration and deployment
Networking (Layer1, Layer2)
