The Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Identifying trends in customer feedback to improve service

You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Ideal Profile :

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or support roles
  • Technical skills in CRM software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Soft skills such as empathy and patience are essential for this role.
