Technical Services Director Latin America

Join FreeBalance as the Director of Technical Services, driving initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean. Ensure strategy execution and effective management of diverse technical teams. As the Director, you will shape the execution of technical services for FreeBalance clients throughout the CALA region. Your focus will be on developing and managing technical strategies in conjunction with team members in Ottawa and beyond. Collaborate closely with project managers to streamline the deployment of solutions that support Public Financial Management reforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Create strategies for client data migration
- Build installation and deployment models for projects
- Design interface components alongside Research and Development
- Develop training programs for Technical consultants
- Oversee operations for the EMEA maintenance team
- Degree in Information Technology required
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Strong project management skills essential
- Familiarity with software tools like SQL and Oracle
- Excellent communication skills in English
