CWB Welding Compliance & Quality Lead
Johnson Controls, Inc.
Silent-Aire in Canada is seeking a Welding Manufacturing & Quality Supervisor to own CWB compliance across all welding operations and lead audits, ensuring welding standards, WPS/PQR alignment, and certification maintenance. This role drives continuous improvement while supporting safe, compliant production.
You will manage welder qualifications, coordinate with engineering, and report KPI trends to leadership, ensuring production remains compliant and safe with strong data-driven actions.
