This role involves working in a fast-paced shop environment ensuring quality standards. Must possess a positive attitude, and the ability to work closely with others. Duties
- Approach all tasks with a strong safety mindset
- Drive a truck with a trailer
- Take direction and cooperate to ensure piles are plumb and in the proper alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations or operations.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Proven experience in a fabrication shop.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- min 2nd year apprentice
- Previous experience welding helical piles and caps
- CWB all position SMAW
- CWB all position FCAW
- Transportation
- First Aid
- Must be willing to work both out of town and in town.
