Join our Front of House team and earn unlimited access to everything S&T has to offer. In addition to being able to book ahead of time for your favorite Ride, HIIT, & Yoga classes, you will have standby access to our Pool deck, Hot & Cold Suite, Biohacking services, Small Group Training, and our Hyrox classes at The Lab.

Connect with your Sweat Fam: Find connection in a one-of-a-kind community as you develop professional skills, grow stronger, and have fun! You will get to know every team member, instructor, and meet new people with a passion for fitness and wellness.

• Warmly welcoming every guest
• Checking in guests to class
• Assisting with basic guest service inquiries
• Helping new guests get comfortable and find their way around by providing a 1-on-1 tour to every first-time guest
• Maintaining the studio space by performing routine and miscellaneous tasks
• Ensure classes start on time and are uninterrupted by assisting instructors at the door and guests into class on time
• Tag team with the Back of House team behind the scenes to clear and reset the studio space
• Answer guest inquiries to the best of your knowledge; ensure all enquiries receive a follow up
• Work alongside your team members to create an uplifting experience for everyone
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks as required

• 3-month minimum commitment
• 6 hours per week required; two 3 hour shifts per week or one 6 hour shift per week

• A passion for group fitness
• A love for Sweat and Tonic
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail & maintaining standards
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

• Work in a beautiful, wellness-focused environment
• Flexible scheduling for short (3 hour) or long (6 hour) shifts
