Contribute to Franklin Empire Inc. as an Inside Sales Specialist in Woodbridge. This role provides an opportunity to enhance customer relations while driving sales for electrical components. In this full-time position, you will work under the supervision of the branch manager. Your responsibilities include addressing customer requests, resolving issues, and managing order processes. Keeping your technical knowledge current will empower you to offer informed suggestions and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional demeanor with customers
- Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Handle sales calls and document orders
- Report on pricing and provide technical insights
- Communicate updates on overdue customer orders
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or suitable education
- Proven sales and interpersonal capabilities
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in using computer technology
- Understanding of electrical products is advantageous
