Objectif du poste
Relevant du torréfacteur en chef, l'assistant(e) de production s'assure que toutes les exigences de
production hebdomadaires sont respectées. Les membres de l'équipe de production seront
● Torréfaction du café
● Emballage des produits finis
● Emballage et expédition des commandes
● Résolution des problèmes liés à la production
● Recommandation de mesures pour améliorer la productivité et la qualité des produits
● Entretien de l'équipement et de l'espace de travail
● Nettoyage et organisation de l'espace de production
● S'assurer que les exigences en matière d'hygiène et de santé sont respectées en tout temps
● Toute autre tâche requise

● Bilinguisme fonctionnel

● Planification et organisation
● Capacité à gérer des délais serrés
● Résolution de problèmes
● Esprit d'équipe et compétences en communication
● Capable de soulever 50 lb de façon régulière
● Capacité à maintenir sa concentration pendant plusieurs heures consécutives
Horaire de travail
● 35 heures par semaine - du lundi au vendredi
