Saskatoon Senior Support Analyst Position

- Maintain and install standard configurations for devices
- Conduct root cause analysis for ongoing issues
- Ensure proper documentation of service actions taken
- Lead technology projects and contribute to client onboarding
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Experience in a Senior Support Analyst role is essential
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of various operating systems like Windows and macOS
- Must hold a valid Drivers License and be able to lift 50lbs
