We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk activities, including patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits- Maintain electronic medical records accurately- Assist with billing and coding tasks- Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

Required Skills:- Proficiency in using phone systems- Familiarity with Jane App- Knowledge of medical esthetician terminology- Experience working in a beauty clinic setting- Strong organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:- Experience with Jane software, Moneris- Previous work as a receptionist at a medical clinic- Understanding of front desk operations in medical clinic
