This role, reporting to the Director of Dispatch, focuses on ensuring the safety and efficiency of all flights. You will work with the Pilot-in-Command while developing and monitoring flight plans, evaluating vital operational parameters such as weather and aircraft performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe operation of assigned flights
• Develop and authorize Operational Flight Plans
• Monitor flight progress and address disruptions
• Coordinate with operational stakeholders
• Maintain flight documentation compliant with regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Flight Dispatcher Certificate under CARs
• Previous flight dispatch experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
