Key Responsibilities:
- Fly the Dash 8-400 while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide outstanding service to passengers and colleagues
- Work as a team to fulfill organizational objectives
- Proactively identify and avert safety risks
- Foster open communication among crew members
- Must have an Airline Transport Pilot License
- Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours required
- 500 hours Pilot In Command on Q400 or 1,500 hours on heavy turboprops
- Preference will be given for 705 operational experience
- Aviation college or university degree is a plus
