Senior Corporate Legal Advisor Role

- Develop legal strategies based on business analysis
- Produce and review banking documents critical for operations
- Guide Corporate Financing Operations on complex cases
- Participate in projects for new product implementations
- Collaborate on LegalTech compliance and advancements
- Juris Doctor degree with 5+ years relevant experience
- Good standing with a Canadian Bar outside Quebec
- Solid grasp of corporate financing and business environment
- Familiarity with LegalTech advancements
- Commitment to leading legal technology integration
