At Arago, we help organizations transform their HR and Finance operations through SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, AI-driven solutions, and innovative digital services.
As part of our continued growth in North America, we are looking for a Business Manager to establish and expand our presence in Quebec.
This is not a traditional sales position.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who combines business development, client relationship management, and delivery oversight to drive sustainable growth and long-term client success.
You will act as the local face of Arago, developing our network, generating opportunities, leading sales engagements, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Job Description
Develop Business Opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong network within the Quebec market
- Develop relationships with HR, Finance, and Transformation leaders
- Strengthen partnerships with SAP, industry partners, and local business communities
- Represent Arago at industry events, conferences, and networking activities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
Lead the Sales Cycle
- Manage opportunities from initial engagement through contract signature
- Understand client challenges and position tailored solutions
- Lead commercial discussions with executive stakeholders
- Coordinate proposal development with Arago's global experts
- Drive revenue growth and account expansion
Support Consulting and Solution Design
- Participate in discovery workshops, solution presentations, and proposal defenses
- Bring business and transformation expertise to client discussions
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
Ensure Customer Success
- Oversee project execution and delivery quality for local clients
- Coordinate with Arago's consulting teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintain strong executive relationships throughout project lifecycles
- Identify opportunities for additional services, innovation, and managed services
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, or business transformation
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of the Quebec business environment and ecosystem
- Experience with HR, Finance, ERP, HCM, or digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, Workday, Oracle, or comparable enterprise solutions is a strong asset
Skills and Attributes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building business
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
- Commercially driven while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing and international environment
- Fluent in French and English
