Product Manager for Defence Solutions

Lead impactful product initiatives with Anvil as a Product Manager focused on defence solutions. This full-time remote role emphasizes collaboration with military clients and driving software execution. As Product Manager, your mission involves managing a critical software platform for military applications. You will work with product leadership to turn strategic vision into an actionable roadmap while engaging with users and government stakeholders. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical understanding, and operational insight to address complex challenges in defence and national security. Key Responsibilities:

Translate product strategies into executable roadmaps
Conduct user discovery via workshops and interviews
Build stakeholder relationships across military and engineering teams
Define requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering
Measure success metrics and maintain product documentation

Requirements:

5+ years in product management, preferably in defence
Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
Experience with agile methodologies like Jira
Eligible for Top Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
