- Process financial transactions including wire transfers
- Educate clients on available banking tools and services
- Identify financial objectives and recommend appropriate solutions
- Approve loans and manage documentation for accuracy
- Contribute to team goals and local initiatives
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years in sales/service within financial sectors
- Excellent communication and judgment skills
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills
- Relevant experience in lending is beneficial
