À quoi pourrait ressembler une journée typique ?
En tant assistant-gérant de rayon/assistante-gérante de rayon, tu devras :
effectuer les activités de gestion courantes à l'intérieur de son rayon en collaboration avec le gérant de rayon;
transmettre aux membres de l'équipe la rétroaction nécessaire à leur développement professionnel et à l'atteinte des objectifs établis;
collaborer avec les commis à la production et au service à la clientèle; • Assurer la mise en œuvre d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel;
en collaboration avec le gérant, assurer la gestion des inventaires, des listes de prix, de la mise en marché et de la productivité salariale selon les normes établies afin d'assurer le prêt aux affaires;
