VOTRE RÔLE
Vous assisterez la chef des agents de bord dans l'ensemble des tâches qui vous seront confiées, y compris la supervision des procédures liées à la distribution, l'évaluation, la conservation et la destruction des dossiers et du matériel de formation. Vos responsabilités comprendront également l'initiation en ligne, les vérifications en ligne lorsque requis, ainsi que le soutien à l'intégration en ligne. Vous contribuerez à l'amélioration des programmes de formation existants ainsi qu'au développement de nouveaux programmes. Lorsque requis, vous apporterez également votre soutien à l'agent de bord instructeur dans l'exécution de ses fonctions.
AVEZ-VOUS LE PROFIL?
- Diplôme d'études secondaires;
- Cinq (5) à sept (7) ans d'expérience comme agent de bord ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience;
- Expérience en tant que superviseur et/ou formateur et/ou implication dans la formation et l'évaluation des employés ;
- Bilingue (français et anglais). La maîtrise de l'anglais est exigée au quotidien afin de communiquer avec les clients, les employés et les collaborateurs des autres stations et bases, conformément aux exigences de Transport Canada ;
- La connaissance de la culture et de la langue crie est considérée comme un atout;
- Excellentes aptitudes en organisation, en leadership et en résolution de problèmes;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression;
- Capacité à travailler selon des horaires irréguliers, incluant la possibilité de nuitées;
- Disponibilité sur demande;
- Certification requise.
