Director of Investment Operations Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting and custody processes for investments
- Champion operational excellence in investment teams
- Ensure tax compliance for investment-related entities
- Conduct governance and performance reporting for stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvements in processes and technology
- 10+ years in investment operations or finance
- Experience in institutional asset management advantageous
- Deep understanding of investment accounting and controls
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Professional designations (CPA, CFA, etc.) preferred
