We seek a Finance Executive with a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance leadership to guide financial strategies at a pioneering company in the clean energy sector. You will lead a talented finance team and ensure robust compliance while driving financial forecasting and investor partnerships. Working collaboratively, you'll optimize business operations and provide critical financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead the finance and accounting team
• Drive strategic financial planning and modeling efforts
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage relationships with investors and external partners
• Evaluate financial risks and implement effective controls
Requirements:
• Over 8 years of finance leadership experience
• CPA designation (Ontario) is required
• Demonstrated experience in developing finance functions
• Strong knowledge in budgeting, cash flow, and compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
