United Rotary Brush Corporation est un fabricant de brosses industrielles spécialisées basé à Barrie, en Ontario, au service des secteurs aéroportuaire, de la construction routière, du balayage de voirie et du déneigement. Notre usine de Barrie recherche actuellement plusieurs opérateurs de machines pour des postes saisonniers.

L'opérateur de machines joue un rôle essentiel dans le processus de fabrication en assurant le fonctionnement efficace et l'entretien des bobineuses ainsi que d'autres équipements de production, afin de garantir une qualité de fabrication élevée. Ce poste exige une grande minutie pour surveiller les performances des machines, détecter tout dysfonctionnement et effectuer les réglages nécessaires au maintien d'un fonctionnement optimal.
L'opérateur est tenu de respecter les protocoles de sécurité et les normes de qualité afin de minimiser les temps d'arrêt et les défauts, contribuant ainsi directement à la productivité globale et au succès de l'usine. La collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance et les superviseurs de production est indispensable pour coordonner l'entretien des machines et atteindre les objectifs de production.
En somme, l'opérateur de machines veille au bon déroulement, à la sécurité et à l'efficacité des processus de fabrication, soutenant ainsi l'engagement de l'entreprise à fournir des produits de qualité supérieure à ses clients.
Qualifications minimales pour le poste d'opérateur de machine :
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
• Expérience avérée dans l'utilisation de presses et de machines de production en milieu industriel.
• Connaissances de base en matière de maintenance des machines et de procédures de sécurité.
• Capacité à lire et à interpréter des documents techniques, tels que des ordres de fabrication et des manuels d'utilisation.
• Capacité à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes et à effectuer les tâches manuelles liées à l'utilisation des machines.
Qualifications souhaitées pour le poste d'opérateur de machine :
• Certification ou formation formelle en conduite de machines ou en technologie de fabrication.
• Connaissance des principes du « Lean Manufacturing » et des méthodes d'amélioration continue.
• Compétences de base en dépannage mécanique.
• Expérience préalable dans un environnement de production à grand volume.
Responsabilités de l'opérateur de machine :
• Installer, faire fonctionner et surveiller les bobineuses ainsi que d'autres machines de production, conformément aux spécifications et aux consignes de sécurité.
• Effectuer des inspections courantes et des tâches d'entretien (nettoyage, lubrification, réglages mineurs) pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des machines.
• Réaliser des opérations de finition pour éliminer les surplus de matière et s'assurer que la qualité du produit est conforme aux normes établies.
• Identifier et signaler rapidement tout problème mécanique ou dysfonctionnement au personnel de maintenance afin de minimiser les retards de production.
• Tenir des registres de production précis et communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe pour soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue.
Compétences de l'opérateur de machine :
La maîtrise de l'utilisation des bobineuses et des machines de production est essentielle pour installer et faire fonctionner l'équipement efficacement tout en respectant les normes de sécurité. Le souci du détail et le respect des spécifications du produit sont des compétences mises en œuvre au quotidien pour garantir que les produits finis sont exempts de défauts et répondent aux attentes en matière de qualité. Des compétences telles que le dépannage mécanique et la connaissance des principes du « Lean Manufacturing » renforcent la capacité de l'opérateur à contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et à la résolution de problèmes. Une communication efficace et un bon esprit d'équipe sont également importants, car l'opérateur collabore avec les équipes de maintenance et de production pour optimiser le flux de travail et maintenir un environnement de travail sûr.
