CIBC is looking for a motivated leader to oversee Mainframe Operations while focusing on AI and automation strategies. You will manage a dynamic team and ensure the successful delivery of mainframe projects that enhance the client experience. Engaging with cross-functional partners, this role is vital in delivering solutions aligned with company goals and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement AI and automation strategies for mainframes
• Mentor a team while fostering continuous growth
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects
• Work closely with stakeholders for project alignment
• Uphold governance and compliance for mainframe solutions
Requirements:
• At least 8 years in technology leadership roles
• Experience managing 10 or more direct reports
• Competent in delivering large-scale technology projects
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 6 Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
