Operations Administrative Associate

Job Responsibility:
We are one of the fastest growing polyurethane manufacturing companies in Canada and are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Operations Administrative Associate to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determine priority status, and make referrals to appropriate staff or provide requested information
- Arrange and coordinate all meetings requested from the managing director and general manager; record meeting minutes
- Make travel arrangements (hotel, flights), prepare itineraries and handle expenses
- Compile and maintain records, statistical information, and reports
- Create invoices/quotes, and process/record payments
- Verify purchase orders, create packing slips and coordinate material pick up and deliveries with warehouse team
- Work closely with other Operations Team members, along with the Warehouse, Technical Support, and Sales Teams
- Liaise with layers' firm when necessary
- Create occasional social media content
- Assist in preparing marketing material and strategies
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College diploma/university degree or minimum 2-4 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites

- Familiar with and comfortable using different social media platforms is a plus
