Vice President Relationship Manager - Canada

Elevate your career as a Vice President Relationship Manager overseeing diverse Canadian merchants. This role emphasizes revenue growth and client strategy through omnichannel payment solutions.
As a Vice President Relationship Manager, you will manage a robust portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue. Your expertise in payments and negotiation will guide merchants in optimizing their payment processes. Work independently on complex accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute account plans for revenue and margin growth - Serve as client's advisor on payments and fraud solutions - Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies effectively - Conduct disciplined portfolio reviews and manage escalations - Represent client voices in internal stakeholder discussions
Requirements: - 3–8+ years in payments or B2B sales - Deep knowledge of card schemes such as Visa and Mastercard - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
