The role works with senior leaders and sales teams across the organization to strengthen market opportunities and business performance. Hospitality sales leadership, negotiations, forecasting, and financial knowledge are central.Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experienceEight years of progressive hospitality sales leadership experienceProven successful commercial negotiation recordStrong project management, writing, and reporting skillsAbility to travel and work under pressureBring strategic sales leadership, B2B expertise, and market development skills to Sunwing Vacations’ commercial growth agenda.
