TalentWorld is recruiting a Junior Business Development Executive in Barrie, Ontario for one of its valued partners.If you're exploring new opportunities in sales, business development, and client relationship management, this role could be an excellent fit.In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, supporting account growth initiatives, and contributing directly to the continued success of our partner organization.Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day ShiftWhat’s in it for you:
- The typical hiring salary for this position is $50,000 per year plus uncapped commission and is specific to candidates located in Ontario. Compensation will be determined based on your knowledge, skills, and competencies, with opportunities for growth after joining the organization.

- Develop an understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and support customers throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity reports, and customer information
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Attend client meetings and represent the organization professionally
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Support account planning and strategic growth initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience
- Motivated to learn and build a long-term career in business development
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is considered an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation considered an asset
