Responsabilités Assurer la disponibilité du matériel nécessaire à la production dans les délais requis
Coordonner la planification et la production pour répondre aux besoins clients
Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance et de revenus
Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus
Implanter de nouvelles méthodes de travail
Gérer le changement et accompagner votre équipe
Identifier et développer de nouveaux fournisseurs et partenaires
Négocier les meilleures conditions d'approvisionnement
Compétences et leadership Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance
Mettre en place et améliorer les processus d'achats
Optimiser les outils et systèmes d'approvisionnement
Évaluer les risques et proposer des solutions
Approuver les achats selon votre niveau d'autorité
Résoudre les problématiques opérationnelles
Agir comme référence technique pour l'équipe
Communiquer efficacement et bâtir des relations solides
Profil recherché Baccalauréat en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou domaine connexe
Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience pertinente (dont gestion d'équipe)
Expérience en milieu manufacturier
Maîtrise des systèmes ERP
