About the Opportunity

• Manage CEO/CFO calendars, travel, and meetings
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports
• Handle confidential communication
• Reconcile contractor data and 1099s
• Support tax, compliance, and board reporting
• Maintain secure financial records

About You

• 3+ years of experience as an EA, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings/travel/accommodations
• Experience supporting at the Executive/ C-Suite Leve
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail

Salary Range
$100,000 - $120,000/year
