Terminal Manager

Job Responsibility:

The Impact You Will Have

Working for a division of Canada Cartage, the Terminal Manager is fully accountable to the P&L and overall operational performance of the terminal by providing world class service to our customers through our dedicated business model as well as supporting the other dedicated accounts. This role is a customer facing position that is responsible for rate negotiations, contract renewals and actively participates along our sales team in the sales cycle continually striving for top notch service.

Location: Bolton, ON

Schedule: Monday to Friday - on-site, and on-call, as needed.

What You Will Do

• Implements operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Executes operating plans and tactics to attain short- and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals.
• Evaluates and optimizes current and proposed operational systems and procedures to gain efficiencies and to minimize risk.
• Ensures compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitors financial and operational metrics to measure achievement of organizational objectives.

What You Will Bring

• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
• College diploma; or trade apprenticeship certification
