Procurement Specialist At Acciona

As a Procurement Specialist at ACCIONA, you will support project-wide procurement activities within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. Your strong purchasing experience within construction or infrastructure will be pivotal in managing multiple purchase orders and supplier relationships. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to uphold sustainable practices and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities: - Execute purchasing activities for assigned procurement packages - Prepare and issue RFQs, purchase requisitions, and orders - Obtain competitive quotations from qualified suppliers - Review quotations for compliance with project specifications - Maintain accurate purchasing records and status trackers
Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field - Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems
