Procurement Excellence Construction Specialist

Strengthen procurement excellence for major capital construction projects at Agnico Eagle through process governance and continuous improvement. Hybrid work may be available from listed AEM offices or telecommuting.Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this specialist develops, maintains, and improves procurement processes, templates, tools, and best practices. The work supports consistency, compliance, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness across projects. You will guide procurement and project teams while supporting digital enablement, training, and standardized practice adoption.Key Responsibilities:
Improve and document procurement processes, procedures, and supporting materialsPromote Agnico Eagle Mines procurement standards across projectsDevelop templates, forms, evaluation tools, and standard documentationSupport procurement systems, reporting tools, and digital solutionsDeliver training, onboarding, coaching, and process guidanceRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related disciplineSignificant procurement, supply chain, contracts, or project procurement experienceUnderstanding of procurement governance, controls, and documentationExperience supporting audits, improvement, or transformation initiativesEnglish and French bilingualismApply procurement governance, documentation, training, and improvement expertise to major construction projects at Agnico Eagle.
