About the Opportunity

• Own and manage the end-to-end consolidation of distributor reports, auditing data for discrepancies and ensuring commission calculations across shared and individual territories are accurate and reliable
• Oversee inbound lead management and CRM data integrity, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks while providing backup coverage for order processing during absences
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and production teams 

About You

• A natural problem-solver who gets satisfaction from untangling messy processes, finding errors others miss, and building cleaner/more reliable systems
• Highly detail-oriented with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets. Comfortable owning reporting processes that directly impact business decisions 
• A self-sufficient doer who can manage multiple workstreams across departments, ask the right questions, and take initiative without waiting to be told what needs fixing

Pay Range
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
