Job Responsibility:
Job Title: Personal Lines CSR
Are you someone who thrives on variety and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit? We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Lines CSR to join a dynamic and fun team! This role is ideal for candidates with prior P&C insurance industry experience or those with 5+ years of personal lines related experience.
:
RIBO Licensed: Must hold a valid RIBO license.
Experience: Minimum 3 years working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages.
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and company underwriters.
Portfolio Management: Service existing personal lines portfolio.
New Business Quotes: Quote new business on a rotational basis.
Sales Skills: Upsell and cross-sell within the portfolio.
Policy Processing: Process policy changes on insurance company portals.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of SigXP & Applied Rating Services is an asset.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
RIBO License: Mandatory.
Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience.
Client Interaction: Passion for interacting with clients.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
