Children’s Services Supervisor in Lindsay

Elevate children's programming as the Lead Supervisor for CKL in Lindsay. Oversee dynamic After School and Summer Camp activities, shaping engaging experiences for youth. This full-time role focuses on the daily operations of various children's programs while supporting your team’s growth and development. You will ensure a safe and inclusive environment, foster impactful relationships with families, and uphold CKL’s commitment to recreational excellence. Your expertise will be key in enhancing program quality and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct After School and Summer Camp program activities
- Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers
- Ensure inclusivity and safety in program delivery
- Coordinate staffing schedules effectively
- Monitor attendance and compliance documentation
- Preferred education in Child & Youth Care or related fields
- Certification in Standard First Aid & CPR-C required
- Willingness to obtain HIGH FIVE certification
- Class F License or plan to acquire
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
