Client Experience Advisory Agent at Desjardins

Enhance member satisfaction as a full-time Client Experience Advisory Agent with Desjardins. Deliver personalized banking support and empower financial confidence for clients and members. In this onsite, temporary position, your role focuses on providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and recommending Desjardins products. You will act as an ambassador for digital solutions while addressing any transactional inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Experience in customer service and knowledge of financial products are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome members and address their banking needs
Promote Desjardins products and services effectively
Advise clients on utilizing digital tools and services
Identify business opportunities and refer to colleagues
Ensure smooth financial transactions and resolve issues

Requirements:

High school diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Fluency in French is required
Knowledge of Desjardins and competitors' products
Effective communication and adaptability skills
