Videographer & Video Editor

Optimize Ventures Inc. (a partner company of 2web) is a creative, growth-focused marketing agency looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to produce engaging content for our brand and clients.

Responsibilities:

Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos.
Create content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Tell compelling visual stories that support marketing goals.
Produce podcasts (planning, recording, editing, publishing) as an asset.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams.
Track content performance and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications:

Experience as a videographer and video editor.
Strong portfolio (podcast experience is an asset).
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Audition, or similar tools.
Understanding of social media content and marketing.
Strong storytelling, communication, organization, and time management skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
